Last fall I moved to Australia for a few months and had the most amazing experience. For most of my time I stayed in New South Wales, Sydney which was an adorable city that had great public transport and beautiful beaches. One of my favorite things that I found there were Sydney’s beach pools. Because the beaches can be extremely unforgiving there, they have jetties making natural ‘pools’ that still allows the sea water in but without the risks of crushing waves or strong rip currents. Yes, it can be very touristy at times but it is a bucket list travel destination for so many people for a reason! Don’t let anyone convince you not to see this great city.
